Rod has a proven track record of success in business, sporting competition and personal pursuits. He has successfully owned operated and managed businesses for over 25 years. Rod has a wealth of business and industry knowledge across engineering mining, marine retail tourism and training.
His personal achievements include Motorcycle Speedway (Sidecar racing) Champion in Victoria, representing Australia. In Offshore Ocean Yacht Racing Rod has set some 35 Offshore Australian and International race records.
Rod has provided research and development services to the Australian Institute of Marine Science. Rod has provided mining and engineering services across Australia and Tanzania (Africa).
Shannon Drew
Shannon has had over 13 years experience providing business with accounting and commercial business support. He has a bachelor of commerce majoring in accounting, he has extensive knowledge of MYOB, QuickBooks, and other in house accounting systems he also has a strong background in Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint, and Access databases.
Shannon has worked with many different industries, including the airline, fashion, recreational vehicles, consulting, and manufacturing. He has assisted these business from start up through to an operational leave, these business continue to see growth in there relevant industries, Shannon still plays a major part in the various decision making functions of these business.
Specifically Shannon works directly with the business owners or the board of directors, to achieve their operational goal, this may include rolling out various different micro strategies on a employee level making sure that the internal policy’s and procedures are followed and are achieving the operational objective.

Graphic Designer - specialising in providing graphic design advice and support to small, medium and large businesses, Government departments and educational facilities. Glenda’s knowledge of the needs of business comes from having liaised with and worked for all levels of management and staff to produce promotional material in many forms such as publications, print and digital media including logos, graphics and presentations.
Glenda’s experience covers many projects including website design, media planning, information kits, books, newsletters, packaging, brochures, corporate stationery, magazine and newspaper advertisements. Glenda leads the creative process, from initial contact through to developing the creative brief, media planning, budgeting and booking, concept, design, presentation, content, production and implementation and liaising with suppliers such as printers, photographers and writers.
Glenda is experienced in liaising with people from all levels of business and developing strategies for creating and promoting corporate profiles. Meeting client needs and deadlines while consistently producing high quality work has always been a key priority. The quality of Glenda’s work and relationships with clients and suppliers led her to being nominated for, and a finalist in, the QBR Women in Business Awards in 2007.
